time zone changes. I'm currently in a time zone (Japan) that is 18 hours
ahead of home and will then be home for a few days and then go back
to London (8 hours ahead) for a matter of days and then will be all
over Asia again. I've been travelling extensively most of the last 16
years and absolutely struggled with jet lag for years until a friend

"As for the use of the StopJetLag plan, there isn't anything
to really master at all. They have a very easy to fill in website in
which you provide the details of your flights and personal attributes
such as sleep and eating patterns and then you get a fax back with the
details of the plan. It is very easy to master and I now follow it religiously.
My staff, friends and business colleagues are always amazed at how 'fresh'
I appear when I get off the plane and head straight into a meeting or
dinner and keep up with the group without ever mentioning being tired.
It has frustrated my younger staff who travel with me when they see
how I can travel so easily and schedule meetings after an 18 hour trip!
While the website refers to this as a 'plan', I refer to it as a 'cure'
as it has literally cured my jetlag woes that I suffered for way too
many years
What I really like about the plan is that it is very easy to master, fits my unique schedule
(very late to bed, early to rise, I'm a runner and I'm opposed to drug use for sleeping) and
just plain and simple works for me. I have added the melatonin supplement to my plan
usage and that has worked quite well. I've never had success with Melatonin before
because I was following the chemists instructions. But the StopJetLag plan has a simple
way to incorporate it and it has proven quite effective.
Just in case it isn't obvious, I'm a huge believer and I absolutely know that I could not

Baltimore via TWExpress (to JFK) and Aer Lingus. I followed the suggestions
quite closely. I wish to report that the program worked like a charm!
We arrived around 7 am and many people in the group were becoming exhausted
